14 Days or More Before Your Workshop: Customers may cancel their reservation and request a full refund.
Within 14 Days of Your Workshop: All ticket purchases are non-refundable.
Unable to Attend? If you are unable to attend your scheduled workshop, please contact us directly. We are happy to offer a credit that can be used toward building your own purse online or at a future Dahlia Purse Co. pop-up event.
Credits are issued for the original amount paid.
Credits may be applied toward eligible online purse purchases or future pop-up events.
If your new purchase exceeds your available credit, you will be responsible for paying the difference.
Credits cannot be redeemed for cash.
In the unlikely event that Dahlia Purse Co. must cancel a workshop, customers will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer their purchase amount to a future workshop or online purchase.
To request a cancellation, refund, or workshop credit, please contact Dahlia Purse Co. directly with your name and order confirmation details.
